Booking

Our Calendar shows the availability for hire of the Cholsey Pavilion facilities. To hire a facility, please complete and submit the application form. We will then contact you to confirm your booking.

Our Rates and Charges

  • Hall Hire £19 per hour (commercial), £18 per hour (private bookings), £15.50 per hour (Village groups)
  • Kitchen Hire £15 per hour (commercial), or £13 per hour (private bookings) or if booked with the hall
  • Exclusive Hire of foyer £13 per hour
  • Projector £25 per session
  • Damage deposit £150 per session

Payment

You can make payment of the booking fee and deposit (£150) by cheque or bank transfer. Please discuss this with the office when your booking is confirmed.
